Default I bluff in another small pot

Villain is unknown

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (6 max, 4 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Hero is BB with 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
1 fold, Button calls, 1 fold, Hero checks.

Flop: (2.33 SB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets

Obviously, that's the last bet that's going in the pot from me.

Just mix it up to not give the impression you steal too often

Good flop to try for this. Unless he has a hand he has to fold.

Yes, lots. Button openlimpers are typically too loose postflop, so you've got to pick your spots to bluff. This is one of the best flops to bluff.

is this because it is rainbow or because it is ace high? i'm guessing that both are a factor, but the ace high flop means that you think the button doesn't have an ace because he didn't try to steal and therefore you would choose this spot to try and represent it yourself.

and no 8out straight draws.

It's a greatly uncoordinated a-high board, i.e. perfect spot to fire that .5 BB~

The rainbow board isn't really much of a factor. Twotone and it's still a good spot to bluff. People don't hold the flush draw very often.

The fact that it's big-little-little is what makes it good, especially as it's gappy.
