Default AQ in tough spot vs big stack

Anyone know how to get the converter to work again? Whenever I delete Texas from it I always get an error page. Anyway, here's the hand in question, villain has made one big over the top raise earlier in the BB when the SB raised 3x.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t100 (5 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

MP (t3497)
Button (t833)
SB (t2490)
BB (t1005)
Hero (t2175)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
Hero raises to 300, Villain(MP) pushes, Hero?

I'm in good position in relation to the rest of the field's stacks and I don't lose too much by folding. I thought the situation I was in leaned more towards a fold, but I thought it was close. Thoughts?

It would be nice to know the buyin price but then again it probably doesn't matter as I'm folding anyway. Easy fold.
