You won't get flamed because you make a good point.

It's just incredibly frustrating to have party up the rake at 6-max tables and then essentially take away my rakeback. I suck at math, but assuming I beat 10/20 for 1.5bb over the long run before the rake increase, I can't fathom how much money I will be losing over the course of a year compared to what I used to be able to earn.

Agreed, but the extra money earned by playing on Party will still compensate for any rakeback on other sites.

The thing is, Party were never getting $1700/month from you as the skin operator was also taking his own cut. It really doesn't take many people to feel differently to you for this to turn into a positive financial move for Party.

Also, with fewer good players taking the money out of the player pool, more money will be available for the fishes to spend on Blackjack.

Honestly, Party have made what certainly appears to be a very good business decision for themselves. Painful for us maybe, but not for them.
