I didn't read the OP because I like paragraphs and white space.
But then I read the responses and have to agree that OP is probaby a dick. I've gathered that he yelled obscenities at a kid for kicking his seat on an airplane.

Anyway, my holiday horror story is that my cat was pissed that I left him while I visited my family. So he shat twice by the sliding glass door and then put his paws in it and did a painting on the glass.

Wrong. I cursed at the mother for not taking care of the situation like a good parent would.

Imagine if you would have had a dog.

confrontation is always the last resort.

You are complete moron then. After 2 minutes, just asking, "hey, would you mind stop kicking my seat?", would have fixed the problem. I have no tolerance for passive agressive douchebags.

I think your judgement is clouded by your personal involvement here. Its pretty clear to most of us that you were an out-of-line a-hole in this instance.

One Thanksgiving I brought twins to dinner and ended up hooking up with one of them in my old bedroom during desert.

Oh wait this isnt a horror story, I'm just bragging. Sorry!

Mmmmmmm Twins....

[/ QUOTE ]

Pretty pathetic to hook up with ONE of them. Did you fantasize about the other one while banging the first?

Seems to me that turning around and giving the lady a look is an OK play. That way, words aren't even exchanged. Keep it clean, ya mean?

This lady should be perceptive enough (if her IQ isn't sub-Ape) to realize that you are either annoyed by the incessant kicking, or wish to join the mile high club with her.

Either way, getting her child to quite down should be her next play. End of story.

However, many humans are too stoopid to realize that when someone goes out of their way to turn around and stare at them that that is a "warning signal".

This lady probably fell into this category. (Was she without make-up, and donned in sweatpants?)

But, cussing on a plane in front of little kids really is stupid.

(Your first play was fine, your second one? Not too good.)
