No standard here for me. Depends on a lot of things, like:

a) What kind of hands has he been stealing with so far?
b) How does he play postflop?
c) What does he think of me?

Not folding, of course.

What is his steal frequency? If it's in the 30%+ range I three bet and lead out on any flop. If its lower (in the 15% range) I'll call.

If you have been folding a lot to his raises, or havn't really been 3-betting,I like 3-betting. If you have been pretty agressive lately, just call.
