Default nl200 caught flush on river but got raised

First hand of the session and I've got no hands mined on villain.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ Hero (6 max, 6 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

MP ($124.50)
CO ($108.25)
Button ($35.95)
SB ($169.40)
Hero ($204.70)
UTG ($184.13)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $1. UTG posts a blind of $2.
<font color="#CC3333">UTG (poster) raises to $2</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, CO calls $4, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, Hero calls $2.

Flop: ($13) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $12</font>, UTG calls $12, CO folds.

Turn: ($37) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, UTG checks.

River: ($37) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $35</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $90</font>.

Continue hammering on turn? What about the betsize on the river? Call the raise on the river? Thoughts?

I often bet that turn for like slightly more than 1/2 pot. It is giving yourself decent odds, but mainly I think the folding equity justifies the bet almost by itself. Alot of people will "peel one off" on the flop, figuring you for a steal. A turn bet should definately fold out a queen.

River bet is good. It's either a bluffing bet or it isn't. Put him to the test.

Now, call. He min.raised PF=he'll be a total tool 90% of the time. I see AA or QQ here alot. You are ahead atleast 25% of the time, which is needed.
