PC TV Tuner Card Suggestions?

My Dell 2405FPW is teh pwn and I would like to watch TV on it. Please post your suggestions including links.

What I want:

- Watch TV at 1920x1200 resolution
- Remote control
- Programmable to record TV shows

I saw an ATI one that had a USB recorder but all the reviews I read said that USB sucked for TV because the picture quality was awful.

Anybody have any experience?

Those cards run VERY VERY hot. I'd get an external one.
