Online 5-handed 2/4. Both me and villian have $400.

I have played w/ villian for 4 orbits. Seems somewhat solid, TAGish. Is aggressive preflop, and has raised the weak fishy UTG limper a couple of times before. Have not seen any hand he has showdown and have not noticed much of his postflop play. We have not clashed yet.

UTG limps, Villian (button) raises to $15, I call w/ JcTc on the BB, UTG folds.

Flop is 9h 8c 2h ($36.) Check, Villian bets $25, I call.

Turn is the Td ($86.) Check, Villian bets $78, I call.

River is the Qd ($239.) We both have a little more than the pot behind. What is my action? And flop and turn I am curious about as well.

interesting call preflop, I don't like your postflop play, either take the lead somewhere or fold.

No. I like the call just fine. I'd check raise the flop. With the way you played the flop I think calling the turn is fine. I lead the river for maybe half pot.

I think you played the flop and turn well. Lead out on the river, say $150. If you check the river, villain is going to likely check behind.
