Anyone ever happen on Bodog?

I can not view hand histories on my account
When I try it asks me to log in and when I do nothing happens
This happens if I log in on different computers as well. It does not happen if my brothe rlogs on using my computer. I wrote to Bodog and they had me uninstall and reinstall the software but nothing changed. They now say the are looking into it.
If anyone knows how I can fix this please let me know.
