Default Very if M formula please

On RGP they say M is your stack / total of blinds and antes

effective M = M / number of players (this is for short handed situations)

1) Is this accurate?

2) What does Harrington say you're supposed to do with different Ms?

3) What's the title of the book that discusses M?

Default Re: Very if M formula please

1) yes

2) buy the book

3) harrington on hold em volume 2

to better answer 2, he talks about how you should be pushing or folding with M < 5. cant play tight since you need to gamble and get a stack. M > 20 is essentially the only way you can play tight.

im not good at describing these kings of things... another 2+2er will do a better job. but buy the book and read it, cause harrington explains best.
