Default AQs on very first hand

not only first hand, but first NL tourney ever, the party 500k qualifier. great. i get AQs late after 1 or 2 calls, i raise 3x, blinds fold, fold, he calls. flop Qxxr. i bet about 300 (1000 chips to start), he raises to 600.. i fold.

maybe i should just dump everything early on.

Preflop raise 3x + 1x per limper. Or even more since its the first round of a tourney. On the flop, just put all your money in, and dont be surprised to see KQ, QJ, or something totally ridiculous. Especially since its a qualifier, there are just too many really bad players this early.
