Default Low-buyin ITM brain fart - Shove A9s?

Low-buyin Stars turbo blinds 300/600 A50 three handed ITM:

Payout is 50%/30%/20%

Me (SB) ~4000
Villain (BB) ~6000
Shorty ~650

I usually insta-shove A9s here, though my weak-tight side came out and compelled me to just complete. Villian goes all-in (correctly) and foils my plan. I realize now my only options are probably shove or fold...

I'm well aware you should be playing for 1st, but with such disparate stacks is it ever correct to lay this down? FWIW big stack is laggy and not sophisticated enough to feed shorty chips to attempt steals.

Thx
