I love how seat 8 folds to the reraise on 3rd. the rest seems pretty standard...tried to semi bluff it on 5th and that didn't take and i can't see calling the river here.

Love the 3rd st betting, but question you playing this hand because it has only two connecting cards and two of them are dead. (This is probably a fault with me, I seem to have tightened up alot lately)

I put seat 3 on 4,5 in the hole, is there anything else he can have apart from slowplaying 7's full or something similar?

I dunno.

I'm thinking that seat 4 has somethinglike A33 and was hoping someone would bet on 4th with all the 3rd street bets in there. and decided to check call 5th after hero pairs his door.

why check/call 6th? Either bet and give him the chance to fold or check/fold, what are you hoping for when you call - the case 6 on the river?

I agree, you'd be surprised how many times people call me once when I pair my doorcard but not twice. Either bet again and give him a chance to pack it in, or get out yourself. I suppose your dead J and T could be outs but...

So many spades gone by fifth. The raise with just a mid-three flush looks awkward to me.

But yeah. Since you didn't improve, how can you call on the river? Good fold.

The bet on fifth is more of a bluff, representing trip 6's. I'm almost certain the 3 flush on fifth did not weigh into this decision in any way.

This is $2-$4, I have to remember. Yeah, okay. The bluff is a good try.

personally i love three betting on third in this spot. the only bad part is that the original raiser folded. i probably fold the turn here against all but the worst players. you were representing two pair because you threebet preflop, so once the other 6 comes up he has to know you are very unlikely to have trips. and he paired his doorcard and pounced as soon as you showed weakness.
