hey im pretty young but i've been playing for about 2 years now. i play a type of loose agressive but often change gears to confuse opponants. however in the games i play with friends, i often don't win in the tournaments we play but win big in the ring games, whereas the opposite happens online mostly. any suggestions?

Play the small online sit n go's to improve your tournament game. Make sure you read the tournament forums too.
