Default Legal Question

Don't know if this is the right place to post, but here goes.

Check this link.. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/6154580/

Essentially, some states are cracking down on bars and restaurants who sponsor cash-free poker games. They clain that the increased drinks and food they sell from attendence at the games constitutes support of a game of chance. Flimsy legal standing (I'm not a lawyer) considering that these places offer prizes for darts, pool tournaments and other games. Any opinions. Will this pass legal muster.

thanks

franco
