From my experience, you can.

I deposited to get the bonus, played some hands, and cashed out. The bonus was still pending there.

I redeposited yesterday and played the remaining raked hands, and the money is in my neteller now.

You can cashout as soon as you deposit and come back and clear the bonus up to 10 days later.
This is what I did this month and you should have no problems doing the same.
