Default Time charge question

I've played the borg's 6-12 game and am looking to move up to the 10-20.

I know its a time charge game. When a seat opens up, when do you pay your initial charge? Do you have to pay immediately, or wait for the next collection? or does it depend?

If someone already paid for the seat, you're good until the next dealer change. If not, and the time has not been "dropped" yet, they hit you for the $5.

No rake. $5 per half hour at Borgata 10/20.

No. But some games in some rooms with bad beat jackpots may do a drop for the jackpot, but it is rare.
