Default Poker Tracker Aggression Factor

I just purchased PT a week or so ago, only have 5200 hands in it. I was wondering about the Aggression Factor function. Is there any truth to this, and if so, how is it used to measure my game? What is a good Preflop #, flop #, etc...?

Somewhere in the small stakes section a few weeks back they had a good discussion of these numbers. People compared theirs and also debated what is optimal.

From what i remember, what PT called aggressive was actually passive compared to many posters numbers.
