Do you tip waitresses often? As to not tipping a dealer when the f something up, what do you do when you get an exceptional dealer? (I'll hit him with a chip or two at the end of the shift, no matter how I'm doing -- and to be honest, I do this far more frequently than stiffing, which I've done maybe twice).

Would you even recognize an exceptional dealer?
