Well, my sister played for 5 hours tonight and got disconnected on a couple tables almost every 10 minutes. But she didn't lose her DP. Strange. 80%+ of her hand histories are incomplete.

I just signed on with Eurobet for a rakeback deal and noticed the same thing re: hand histories.
What do you have to do to get them? (as my individual and collective requests have failed).

After you request any hand histories or tournament summaries they should show up in your messages inbox when you login to the eurobet website. Go to the cashier then click on Inbox. As far as I know, you won't be able to get any of them emailed to you ever.

Mine are saved to my hard drive just like all the other skins. Maybe I'm special.

I am pretty sure they meant for the hundreds of requests they have had to make to get all of the hand histories they are missing due to disconnects..

You mean for datamining? I know when I hit my 4,000 (or whatever) hands per day by looking in my statistics window.

When imported into PT, they're all there, plus extra from when I've sat out for smoke breaks etc.

If you are disconnected during the hand, PT has incomplete data for that hand anyway, doesn't it?

Man, I hope I'm right, but I'm probably not.

HAHA I noticed this two days ago when the disconnects started. that when I imported an emailed hand history it would say that 0 hands were imported. So I thought wow, my HH's must be complete.

THEN , I went and downloaded the latest version of PT. Reloaded the emails, and I had been missing 2-3% of hands and didn't even know it.

I think the easiest way for you to check. Is to check your PT error file in your PT directory.
