Default $11: Wonder if I would have posted this hand if I won...:)

I was having good success pushbotting at this table. Was I getting too greedy with this push? The more I look at it, the better I feel about the play.

Perhaps someone can correct or re-assure me . My reasoning for pushing was
a) upcoming blinds are going to eat up ~30% of my stack before they get to the shorty
b) table was not playing back at my pushes
c) If shorty doubles up, I'm in trouble so might as well try to steal/double w. 88 right now
d) I really wanted to double up to have a shot at 1st (maybe at this point, I should try to just make it itm?...i'm just itchin to get my first 1st place finish )

Is my thinking off base? The only case I can think of for folding was that short stack wasn't pushing a lot and wasn't really defending his blinds either.

I'm kinda glad I ran into a big hand...hopefully I'll learn something from you guys.
