Default Easy question if you own Poker, Gaming, and Life

Hey, I'm wondering how close to expected value my current results are in a particular 10-20 Stud 8 game. I've logged just over 300 hours in it to this point. How accurately will my results at this point reflect expectation? There's a chart in Sklansky's book (which a friend has borrowed), and to my best recollection, I should be no more than 15 bucks (1.5 SB)off. Help, anyone?
