McBride is gonna drop fast man. He’s big and slow. He’s a perfect opponent for Tyson because he presents a large immobile punching bag. I don’t care how good of a chin he has. Any fighter that tastes thunder from Tyson’s fists goes night night.

Keep in mind I am making this call based upon seeing him once, for 12 seconds, at the weigh in. I have not heard any commentary on Sportscenter or from McBride himself.

Well actually I was briefly watching some lame fight night show on ESPN this week with crappy fighters. Them and fox sports get bums to fight for the most part or they put one guy in a totally different class than another guy against one another. You know make one guy look good. Only good fights on HBO and sometimes on Showtime. Although, I am still pissed about Tszyu quitting against Hatton. At any rate, both Teddy Atlas and the other commentator whatever his name is were basically saying that McBride is a custom made opponent for Tyson and that Tyson is using boxing as an entertainment tool. You know Teddy hates Tyson. Always has something negative to say about him all because Tyson got fresh with his sister or sister in law or some crap like that. Let that [censored] go Teddy already it’s been over two decades since that happened. Anyways, I am loosing track of the premise of this post. McBride will fall.

I know nothing about Kevin McBride and have never seen him fight. I gather he's a stiff. But this sounds very similar to what was being said about Buster Douglas back in 1989-1990.
