Great program!

Only 3 things I do not like so much:

1: Why is the name of the player written in the stat-box? Can I remove it?

2: I sometimes miss that the two players at the topp of the table is in the hand since the stat-box hide the cards. Is it posible to do the black background more transparent or move the stats ? ( Remove the name of the player in the statbox so the stats wont take so much space will probably fix this too)

3: I miss the check-raise stat
Love the program!
Thanks!

Thanks for sharing your program Kevin,

I can't get it to work.

I'm running Win XP/pro, PT 2.05.02

When I click + button in game GameTime+ it doesn't list my Screen Name:

Only

[-Split--](PP)

appears in the menu selections under Screen name:

PokerTracker Game time window works correctly. Is there something I need to set up?

Thanks!

[/ QUOTE ]

Hmm, that's strange, never heard of that happening before. The only thing I can think of is you have the wrong database selected in the database dropdown right above the screen name. Do you use multiple databases? Does it have the right one listed?

Thanks for the reply Kevin!

I have only one database, and it's selected correctly in the dropdown.

It's called My First Database.

Anything else I should check out?

Many Thanks

I have created a work around, I created another database and now it seems to get my screen name correctly, I'm not sure what's wrong but I hope this feedback is useful to you. Interestingly creating another database made My First Pokertrack Database start to show the screen names correctly.

I have been using your program and it is terrific.
Just today though i lost the information on seat five, I tried several tables and on all the tables seat five info would not show up. I tried to figure a way to realign the name boxes but instead have now lost seat four info as well. Any suggestions, I am frustrated. Thanks Andrew

Other users have encountered this as well. Deleting the registry settings for the layout fixes it, as this resets the positions back to their default locations.

Run regedit.exe, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/GameTimePlus, and then delete the entry for the site you're playing at, for example PTY 10 for the 10-seat Party layout, or UB 6 for Ultimate Bet 6-seat, etc.

Now I've never encountered this myself, so I have no idea how it gets messed up. If you can try to reproduce the problem, and remember the steps you took to do it, that would be most helpful.

Hope this helps!

Hi MicroBob,

Thanks, I'm glad you like the program. I'll try to answer your questions...

The stats covering up the hole cards, well you can do what I do, which is for the players on the top row, move the stats up over their heads, up into the title bar really. This keeps the stats nicely out of the way. Now for the other players, this probably wouldn't work as well, if the stats are covering up the exported notes.

The new version might solve that, which has the option to turn off the player names, making the stats a single line. The player name is still shown in the mouse-over.

I don't think removing the slashes between the numbers would save any space, because if I removed the slashes, I would have to put a space, or some other seperator, between the numbers. A space takes up the same amount of space as a slash. I suppose I could remove the % signs. That would save a little space.

The new version will have filters, so you can show stats only from the current game level and/or certain number of players in the hand.

The next version will also have the ability to show your own stats for the current session only, or your total stats. I hadn't thought of being able to do that for each player. I'll give that some thought.

Also, I'm working on being able to combine multiple databases, but I don't know if that will be ready for the next version.

Thanks for your feedback! It is much appreciated!

That's awesome.

Looks like you were already going to implement some of the things I was thinking of.

FWIW - I played around with the font (style and size) and liked what I did.
I think I just needed to get used to see all this extra stuff on the screen.

Thanks for the great product...and for the improvements.

- Bob

Hello Kross,

This is a very nice program indeed, thank you very much .

I ran in to 1 problem at ub: a few times the names showed up at the wrong seats. Any idea what went wrong there?

About the filtering of data, is it an idea to let Gametimeplus use the pokertracker filter at the gametime/prefenrences tab?

cheers,
Steven

Hi Kevin--I've been using GT+ for a couple of weeks and I think it's great. Hats off to you and many thanks.

I had one feature suggestion that I haven't seen before so I thought I'd throw it out. One thing I do often in PT Gametime is click on a player's detail screen, which at the bottom has a list of known hands played. It defaults to 'by position' but you can click on the checkbox to show ALL known starting hands. I often like to look and see what hands a player's raised preflop with. This can someimes tell me if they'll raise with less-than-premium hands, which can be helpful.

Would it be possible to add 'Known PFR Hands' as an optional stat in the player's pop-up? Maybe a simple comma separated list...i.e., AA, A9s, KJo (something like that)?

Thanks again for the great tool.

Michael
