Empire Vip points - where??

Hi,

I'm trying to see how many VIP points I have but I can't seem find them anywhere. I logged onto Empire, then clicked "options" and then "vip account". This way I've usually seen my points but now it says:

Dear Player,

"Currently, Your VIP account page can not be displayed.
Please make sure you LOG IN to the client first, and then check your VIP account again.
If your VIP account page is still unavailable, please contact us".

Could someone explain the second sentance to me...what is the "client" and how do I log onto it?

I'm so God damn frustrated. I tried to ask Empire but 24h floorman is away like every day. Indians have long coffee breaks.

The 25K freeroll is coming soon and I don't know if I have enough points.

Can you guys help me?

I have the same problem, I was able to see it yesterday fine but today i get the same message.
