Playing NL tournaments super aggressively

I am a horrible and predictable MTT player. That said, I've been making changes in my game.

Mainly I've started open raising with any 2 "live" cards and raising a multiple limped pot when I felt like only certain limpers would call a big raise. It also involved a lot of big raises with good-very good draws etc.

I know I sound like a moran but I'd just like advice from players who play like maniacs. I think this can be hugely successful if played right.

Does anyone else play this style?

Many people do.
Controlled maniacal behavior works better live than online.
