Default Re: as well you should be (ashamed), i don\'t expect anything

[ QUOTE ]

my use of the words or term "dominated hand(s)", from my understanding, was'nt meant in any kind of technical term way. it's not like i'm looking up the glossary term in the back of some poker book saying, "i'm gonna use this 'technical' term in my defense against Greg, even though i don't know the meaning". my use of the term "dominated hand(s)" means that the other player's hand is better than yours. it does'nt matter to me if it is a 52% to 48% favorite, it does'nt matter to me if it is a 60% to 40% favorite. starting out, if the other player's hand is better than yours and your hand needs improving to win, to me that's "dominated". am i using it in it's "technical" or correct way? many have pointed out that i have not; however, i was'nt trying to (also never tried to pass the way i see it off as the correct way) and i don't care.

[/ QUOTE ]
Geez, you think a coin flip means dominated? No wonder you always whine about losing when you dominate the opponent.

[ QUOTE ]

my basic stance has always been RESULTS. if someone is gonna hype you up to be this GOD-LIKE poker player (and i'm specifically speaking about tournaments), then where are these GOD-LIKE RESULTS to prove. yes, you've made a FEW final tables over the years, but so have many other so-called good, non-professional amatuers who don't get mentioned in the same regard. if you have a problem with that, get over it. if you disagree with my RESULTS-ORIENTED thinking, NEWS FLASH, it's old news. quit walking around with your head gassed up and quit thinking "he's out to get me" thoughts. i'm not Jason and you're certainly not some scrawny, female camp counselor running through the woods tripping on nothing.

[/ QUOTE ]

Results: Greg Raymer - $5 million +.
Desdia - ?

By the way, who treats Greg as a god? I haven't seen anyone here do that.

I didn't read what you wrote, it was all a bunch of "blah blah blah same old [censored] blah blah blah"

[/ QUOTE ]

Yep, it was. Desdia continues to state that results-oreiented thinking is the only way to judge a poker player. Unfortunately, this is a compltely backward thought process.

Not at all surprising.

Default JoeC, the whole potato salad thing was\'nt an attack

[ QUOTE ]
What is this whole potato salad BS then?

And you did call Raymer "obese", I know you apologized for it, but I think we can agree even stooping to that level to begin with shows a great lack of maturity.

Answer this...why do you and Desdia make so many anti-Raymer posts? So everyone else idolizes Raymer. Maybe they see him through rose-colored glasses. Who the hell cares? The fact that you guys keep making these kinds of posts just shows petty bitterness on your part, no more, no less.

on Greg, it was directed at Myrtle.

....and it had a devastating effect!!

EMT services responded promptly (thank goodness) and found me babbling incoherently in front of my monitor, up to my neck in 'tater salad.

They managed to extricate me using a modified set of the 'jaws of life' (actually, one of the clever bastards just attached some pooper-scoopers to the arms of the gadget).

Now having fallen into a deep anaphylactic shock, I was rushed to the ambulance, and placed on an intravenous mega-dose of the latest anti-hypocrisy wonder drug.

Once in intensive care, the crack team of Drs. Fine, Howard & Fine pulled out all the stops and utilizing a brilliant combination of determination and legerdemain, managed to stabilize me.

I must report, that although my recovery will be prolonged, expert medical opinion is that I will make a full recovery.

I was discharged from the hospital today.

The discharge doctor (a Dr. Zappa) gave me the following advice.......

.......watch out where the huskies go, and DON'T YOU EAT THAT YELLOW SNOW!

Gadzooks, that was a CLOSE CALL!!

bland potato salad is the least of your worries. if you needed some female companionship, all you had to do is ask. i know some fine feminine phats that might...ah, let me stop. i could'nt bring you 'round, not with a name like Myrtle. getting some play must be brutal when you have a username that a young lady could either mistake for her great aunt or grandmother. maybe we should change your name to Bernard. not to fret though, keep one of Larry Flynt's bestseller's and some Land 'O Lakes by your bedside. all is not lost.

Sadly, there is more wit in that statement than anything Desdia has ever posted on 2+2.

despite what you and zaxx believe, the reason this post sucks isnt because you "disagree" with a 2+2 champion. it is because you both are idiots (you moreso than zaxx) and are incapable of the logical thought that you would expect from a poker forum poster. this reflects itself in your posts, and in particular, this thread.

[/ QUOTE ]

I have not laughed this hard while reading a post in a long, long time.

Thank you BK
