A game with people that don't think very much about what is going on, and preferably don't understand starting hand requirements as well.

I prefer a game where people are thinking about what's going on, but badly, and working from a starting hand chart.

working from a starting hand chart.

Why would you prefer people that play preflop pretty close to correctly? People that constantly make the wrong play before the flop and are not good postflop players are just going to be hemmorhaging money constantly. People that suck postflop but play close to correctly preflop are going to lose, but a lot less. Why would anything else be the case?

Maybe I don't understand your post.

One where all players cap all streets and then fold on the river to the last bet every hand.

I don't play limit

Working from a chart is not equal to playing correctly, or even all that close to correctly. Chart-users are incredibly exploitable, much more than calling stations.
