With 3 players to act after you on the flop, this looks like a pretty good time for a c/r.

Rest looks good to me.

I don't like to cr when I don't know where the bet will come from. It's a paired flop, there aren't a ton of betting hands anyway.

I was figuring that this flop is very tempting for someone to bluff at.

But the people with the best opportunity to bluff are in late position. You also pick up the pot sometimes on boards like this with a bet.

I agree that trying to check raise is bad. The bet might come from the button, in which case you are forcing the rest of the field to fold. Also, although they might stab at it, with 5 players, people are hestitant to stab, and this could get checked through, which would also be bad.

I bet the river. Although a check raise would be awesome if you could do it, once the board double pairs, I think this guy might get a bit scared, and just check. He isn't hyper-agro, so he may resist, especially with 2 other players in the hand.

What was your plan for if the flush hit? What about if a blank hit? What if an ace hit?

I would check probably bet the flush, and probably check call any other river if as long as I wasn't overcalling.

I am not saying CR isnt good but who bets here without a boat? Who calls without a boat? Its a thin value bet with AK-KJ imo and I might not do it. Im betting and hoping for a call since a raise would suck. If we CR and get 3-bet, now what?
