Default 20/40 99 value bet?

20/40 Borgata

Tight passive limps from mp, loose passive limps behind, I look down and see 9s9h from the button and raise; blinds fold, and limpers call

flop comes 7s 8d 3s

mp1 bets, mp2 calls, I raise, call, call

turn is 6s

checked to me, I bet, call, call

river is 6h

checked to me, I....?

That's an easy value bet especially since both players are passive so you can fold to a checkraise. You will get called by a hand like A8s or 55 a lot here.

Most of the draws got there on the turn, so the fact that you weren't check-raised on the turn makes this a real easy value bet.

Clear bet. You will be called by worse two pair and a straight or flush would have likely raised the turn.

I disagree with the 2nd point. In my experience, passive players almost ALWAYS c/r the river live.

However, I still think it is correct to bet here and fold to a c/r.
