Big Blind per Hr

Hi, i was wondering whats a good big blind / hr rate in a avg 100 dollar buy in NL cash game at a typical poker site like party?

I know it prob flucuates alot compared to limits version of 1.5 big bet per hour, but what do you guys think on average?
