Default NL200 in BB facing a bully

Would you make this play against this guy ? He's been raising and reraising constantly on this table and the size of his reraise combined with the button raise makes it extra fishy that I got a couple thiefs on my hands here! Would you maybe make it 100 to sell it as a bigger hand than it actually is?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (5 handed) pokerhand.org hand converter

MP ($124.20)
Button ($29)
SB ($183.50)
Hero ($210.30)
UTG ($56.20)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $6</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB raises to $31</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $212.3</font>, Button folds, SB folds.

Final Pot: $249.30

I WOULD make this play against this guy. However the button raising to $6 indicates he wants the action. If he calls all his $29 in, you're probably beat by him--so you want the SB to do the calling. Is he prone to sudden acts of CALLING off his chips or just raising? That's the main question.

The button was always raising it to 6. That was his main raise so I wasn't all that worried about it. He wasn't tight or loose either so I felt if I pushed he wouldn't called unless he had a big hand and maybe even might fold ak and definetely aq and less. The other guy though just wouldn't slow down. He wasn't a good looser aggressive player and he just wouldn't stop doing it. At first he had a good image after showing down AK and aces after his reraising. But then he got caught reraising short stacks with 66 and 77 and other medium hands so I felt it was a good time to add 40 bux to my stack.

completely read based. I would be more prone to do this if I thought there is a chance that he calls with lower pair though.
