If I'm reading this right, MP3 lost 6000 of his 7800 chips. DONK
That was quite good play. Very enticing 1800 bet with 6000 in pot. |

Yes, he left behind a little under 1800, and even though he has to know he is behind (he said later he had a pocket pair) I gotta imagine that he has great pot odds here, but he did end up lasting longer than I did in this thing, ended up getting a 54K stack within 30 minutes of this.
I am guessing that there probably wasn't a better way to get the most chips out here, I was afraid a check raise would get him to fold on the flop, and didn't want him to check behind on the turn to see a free river if he had a flush draw or a pocket pair, so I did the stop and go and it worked out fairly well. |
