Default Tracking Absolute Rake Generated

I want to see the ammount of Rake I've generated at Absolute.

What's the easiest way to do this?

Should I request all my hand histories (only about 2000 hands) and run them through some program, or is there an easier way?

Buy PokerTracker.

(You should have PT anyway -- this particular rationale for using it is trivial).

Got trial of PT, considers all absolute histories as "play money"
