iirc:

the lowest the 2001fp has gone for is around 460 and it goes for that price regularly with coupons.

the 2005 doesnt have 1600x1200 resolution. even though its 20.5" its only like 1600x1050 or something like that.

the 30" flat panel that comes out january 5 will have 1600x2500 resolution or something similar and will basically be the same as having 2 2001fps side by side without the black line in the middle.

No. Estimates are $1500-$2000.

Not even close, because it's 2560x1600. Horizontal vs vertical matters a lot.
