Default Power 90 Program

Hey, just wondering if anyone ever used the Power 90 program on this board. I'm only 22 but I'm way too out of shape. I need to do somethin about this. Playing poker all day doesn't help either.

I don't understand why people don't just drop 400-800 on a piece of cardio equipment (stationary bike, rowing machine, treadmill, stairclimber etc.) for their home. I mean if you play poker all day you can afford it right? Think of it as a business expense. And taking a break from cards to blow off steam for 20-30 minutes will probably improve your game a lot too, along with your waistline.

All these gimmicky things work. The key is actually doing them and following through. You might want to start with small steps. Go to the menshealth.com forums for some inspiration and advice. They can be a little intense though in terms of regimens.
