Default Totaly lost need some help

I am playing way to many hands and not really winning that much I know the reason is due to my playing way to many hands. My live play is completly subsidising my online play. I dont have much trouble making money at the casino due to playing a much tighter game. Couple of questions I was looking at my winningest and losingest hands over my first 9,000 hands and found what I consider disturbing
Starting with the losing hands Worst is first
JT0
KJS
AJO
KJO
A8o
K7S
AQS
A5O
TT

My winingest hands from best to worst
KK WINNINGS DOUBLE OF NEXT HAND
AA
KQO
JJ
AQO
A4O
A3S
TQO
92S BLINDS
33

I guess I am curious to know should I be folding those losing hands preflop? It seems they cost me the most money.
I also see my blinds play is horrible VPIP SB 70 and BB is 37. i think i may also be way to aggressive factor 2.51
Any thoughts on any of this info?

"Don't play result oriented." You will hear this hint very often, and it is absolutely true. Why should KK win more than AA? Because you played only a few hands with this. In fact, AA wins usually 50% more than KK.
Don't try too much to adjust your play according to the experinces you made. Rather adjust it to the good tips, this forum is going to provide you! And don't be silly and fold AQs preflop!

9k hands isn't significant. However, your KK vs AA winrate might suggest that you're overplaying Aces.

Are you sorting by BB/hand or by net $ value?

9000 hands is nothing.

it sure looks like you're overplaying your broadway hands... so I'm not entirely certain yet it's number of hands, but how far you go with them that's a problem. although A5o being on that list (and A4o and A3s being on your winning list) sounds suspiciously like you like aces too much.

However... this really isn't the way to go about learning. Start by reading the stickies up top of this page.

you can't just look at those losing hands and say I won't play them (even if your sample was bigger). It is very position dependent. You probably shouldn't be playing AT or AJ or KJs from EP, but if you are first in and in LP you should be playing and mostly raising. Also, TT and AQs as mentioned should definitely be played.

1. play fewer hands. you do it in the casino, why not online.

2. you are winning money. you're not totally lost.

3. get (or reread) a good book.

4. here's the way to use poker tracker right now: from the preferences tab, filter your data so only the last few sessions are shown; from the summary tab, sort your hands so that the biggest losers (in BB/100, i think) are on the top; use the PT replayer to review those hands and think about how you *should* have played them.

5. read and post replies here. throw your reasoning out there and think a lot about what others would do and their reasoning. be open to criticism, sometimes so blunt to the point of being harsh. shake it off, it's not personal (usually). if you have a hand from 4 that you really can't decide which way to go, think about posting it. try to make that post as readable and accessible as possible.

Good luck.
