Default KK too tight?

Should I have pushed PF?

Should have called the turn bet, though likely beat, because of how short my stack was?

Should I presume the better to be more or less likely to have the Ace since he bet into me on the turn (rather than letting me take myself in?).

With 180 in the pot before I act and a stack of 715 I push this precisely 100% of the time.

Yeah, 200 is not enough. You don't have to push, but you certainly could. A push or a bump to around $500 would've probably done the trick.

There is no reason to be so risk averse with KK that you push preflop here or that you raise half your stack. Getting two people to put more money in preflop when you have kings is fantastic. You just got unlucky that the flop contained an ace.

I would just check behind on the flop because it's too likely that someone has an ace and won't fold. The turn is actually good because it makes it more likely that your hand is good. If villain bets or pushs the turn you have to make a tough decision based on how you think they would really play a big hand here.
