Really? I might raise at a weak-tight table. No, I probably raise at a weak-tight table unless my image is shredded.
Are there antes? (i.e. do you have 9xBB or more? You might be able to get away with a smaller raise than all-in if there are antes.)

Need more info though. What stage of the tournament? How are opponents' stack sizes?
