Default 10/20 Kill pot hand

9 Handed...Loose and Passive table. Hero is killer and BB
Hero is BB with As2s
UTG (Loose Aggressive) raises to 40
MP (Loose passive) calls
Button (Loose Aggressive) calls
SB (Tight Passive) folds
Hero Calls

flop A29 rainbow

Hero Checks
UTG Bets 20
All fold to Hero
Hero Raises
UTG Calls (All-in)

UTG had JJ

Question here is do I bet into the UTG raiser probably knowing he puts his remaining 40 into the pot or do what I did and hope there are callers and go for the check-raise here. I'm pretty sure I made a mistake here but got lucky that no one had an A as the 9 paired on the turn. Opinions?

easy checkraise. i think this hand should be in the smallstakes forum in a killpot game.

Thanks for the response. It's a 10/20 game with a full kill (20/40) unless the small stakes forum has gone up?

ive been playing since 1986 and ive learned my lesson painfully concearning slow playing 2 pairs of this type.dont get greedy b happy with the pot no matter what its size is.its better than losing bet out on the flop and hope pfr protects ur hand by raising so any middle pairs get knocked out.

good luck
