What should I bet to protect a made straight from a flush draw?

First of all I'm bad I bought in with $25 for $50NL ring game. I'm more comfortable with stacks at $25NL but needed raked hands to complete a referral promotion, so no comments about that please.

UTG+1 is a fish 40.7/3.7/1.12 over 81 hands
MP2 is 53.3/20/0.8 only over 15 hands

I re-raised on the turn with 2 callers. And called on the river as I figured he wasn't on a flush draw based on his previous betting patterns. How should I have played this? Comments on all streets welcome.
