Default Italians (very LC)

What's the deal with all the people speaking in Italian at the 1/2 6-max tables on the skins? Isn't there an English only at the table rule on all these sites?

Its not like an occasional comment; its a constant stream of Italian. It seems like the only people playing on the skins any more are all from Napoli or Roma and enjoy some good table banter. I don't quite understand it but my Spanish is good enough that I can get the gist of what they're saying. They aren't talking about the game (which is essential) but its still kind of annoying.

My city still shows as Parma* on PartyPoker. You'd be amazed at how many people try to engage me in Italian-language conversations.
