Default Atlantis

Sorry, I didnt find anything in a search, so I'm probably going to ask a Repeated Question.

I tried their website, I tried google, now I'm trying my last ditch effort, , 2+2.

Is there a card room at the atlantins casino on Bahama island? I'm leaving next friday for it, and I need to know......

That doesn't necessarily mean that there are normally games there. Poker is illegal in Aruba, but the WPT got special permission.

I'll settle this. Poker is legal in Aruba. It is illegal in the Bahamas...Atlantis gets special permission to conduct the WPT event (and related side games). The rest of the year...no poker there.

Will there be tourists in these side games? Or just WPT'ers? If only WPT'ers, will the games be good? (silly question?)

A few years back I had a weeklong business trip to Atlantis. In booking the room, I was told there was poker there, so arrived very excited about having a week of play. When I got there, I discovered the only "poker" was Caribbean or some such house-banked game. Ugh! But the resort is enough.

No way - when I was in Aruba last Sept there was a poker room in literally every casino and I played in a $5k freeroll.
