Can I trick Neteller?

It would be a really bad idea to try and trick Neteller. If they find out your lying to them they could confiscate your money without a moments notice. Definitely not worth the risk. Just my two cents.

I checked this out a couple weeks ago and had two different people at neteller tell me that they check IP addresses. I gave up.
