4 cards give you 1 pair that won't put 4 clubs on the board. Say each of those are 1/2 an out. 3 non club tens will make you a straight, so that's like 5 outs, although sometimes you are already up against a flush so I'd say your hand is worth 4 outs, but you don't really have much in the way of implied odds because of the clubs so I'd probably fold.
