TPTK/Overpair against tricky players

I seem to get into alot of trouble here.
Against players that slowplays alot I usually bet to much on the turn leading to a big pot.
I bet about 75% on the flop and then about 60% on the turn.

But against a solid player isn't it better to bet less on the turn for pot control? He called the bet on the flop so he has something.

I am thinking about betting only 33-40% on the turn against TAPs. That way they get about even odds if they are drawing. But because that there is quite likely they are sandbagging I don't build a big pot.

An example:
You have KK UTG and raise to 5*BB.
A TAP calls.
Flop is QJ3 2 hearts.
I bet 75% he calls.

He is known for slowplaying.

Isn't a 33% bet alright here on the turn?
Because usually when a TAP calls the flop he has you beat but not always.

If you think he is drawing, go ahead and bet pot. Check/call river.

If you think he might be slowplaying, check/call and bet/call river if he checked the turn.

But often you have no clue if he's drawing or not.
If you have only played 100 hands against a guy and you have seen him slowplay twice you don't know if he chases or not.

I would prefer c/c or c/f to a 1/3PSB. There are 3 reasons to bet:

1: To extract value from worse hands
2: To fold out better hands
3: To offer your opponent incorrect odds to draw

Your bet does none of these.

And he bet pot size.

He could easily do this with a draw...my standard line is pot bet.

Agree, some of these TAP chases the turn and then folds.
But if your potbet on the turn gets called I guess its best to ch-f to any reasonable bet.

This is very opponent dependant but if he is truly TAP(say 15/6/1) I would strongly consider folding because a passive player doesn't bet a marginal hand on the turn, he will gladly check behind with TP or a draw. If he's less passive(say 15/6/2) then I call and block the river. JMO

It's an amount a worse hand can call but only a better hand can raise, I know kind of vague. I vary mine from 30%-60% depending on opponent. Sizing blocking bets is always tricky for me.
