BRP/RH Situation Update

Another update on the situation for you patient folks over here.

The tech dev staff are still working on the problem with the Stud games/BRP correlation. It was expected to be resolved this afternoon but unfortunately it is taking longer than anticipated and is very likely to continue into the wee hours of tonight and very possibly through to tomorrow morning. This is quite a lengthy delay and we’d like to assure you that we’re doing all that we can to get it fixed as quickly as possible. Our apologies for all the inconvenience.

We haven’t forgotten about the players affected by this and will make sure that everything is corrected. If it’s any consolation in the interim, some of the developers look like they are in a remake of night of the living dead from lack of sleep in getting this fixed [img]/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img]

In any case, once we have the issue with the stud games completely resolved we will also begin auditing accounts in respect of the 20% bonus we offered as compensation for the smorgasbord of errors that crept in.

Also, for those of you that have been asking about the “No Data Available” message when checking on your BRP progress, please note that once you start playing it takes up to 24 hours to start displaying BRP totals and bonus cash, so if you see this message, don’t be alarmed and give it up to a day. If after that point it’s still not updating at all, please let us or our support desk know (that it’s been longer than 24 hours and nothing is showing).

We’ll report back again once we know more on the situation, but for now other games are working as far as racking up BRP’s are concerned….it’s just the stud games which are not 100% yet.

When I try to check my BRP's I get a pop-up saying: "Unfortunately you do not qualify for this promotion."

Is this also a bug or did I mess something up?

Hi All,

Just to let you know that we think we've fixed the problem with the negative BRP's and the tallying of RH and BRP's for stud games.

Please be informed that we are monitoring this overnight and will be able to confirm beyond the shadow of a doubt tomorrow morning that it's working but for now we're seeing BRP's being accumulated for stud games and bonus credits are going through as well.

So for now, please just keep a close eye on BRP's and bonus credits.

You can ignore this message as it's a follow on to the "No Data Available" one. If you know that you qualify for the reload or the first time player sign-up bonus you can ignore it, as it will state this message until you've played some and given it time to update.

Thanks again to everyone for being so patient. Once we know in the morning as to whether everything is perfect, we'll begin on the 20% bonus we offered.

It appears that the Stud games are now paying out correctly and tallying BRP's correctly.

We will continue to monitor it tho, and if anyone notices that it's not calculating as it should for Stud games, please would you notify us.

We have also begun the audit for the 20% bonus. Please bear with us as it is quite alot of bonus cash to payout and there will be a rather large queue in our crediting system. It should start showing from tomorrow morning onwards, so we politely request a little bit more patience from affected players.

So any bonus we clear from this point forward will not get the extra 20%. Was trying to clear the whole $300 before we got to this point.... Came up short only clearing $220.

Not that I know of... You have until January something to finish it off...

GC was just giving us faithfull 2+2'ers 20% extra who were clearing bonus while the system was not properly counting. So I played off over 3000 BRP and the whole time the system always claimed I had only 114 BRP and never sent me any bonus. Yesterday morning my BRP updated and by afternoon the cleared bonus money hit my account.

The Gaming Club Bonus is now the best Poker Bonus on the Internet BAR NONE! I would do this bonus over & over & over & over again in a heartbeat.

Gaming Club dude... I am a believer! You guys are awesome!

Just a quick thanks--I was another of the negative BRP people. Seems to be working now, and I also think the Gaming Club is a great place to play. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] Also want to say it's nice to have an actual representative from the site to solve problems and answer queries in a timely manner.

I am still patiently waiting... Could I have been overlooked or is the queue still full?
