Default Party 10-20NL AK 5 way pot

Preflop: 5 limpers to me, I(2000) raise to 125 from small blind, all call except bb and button.5 players see flop.I dont know anything about villain(2000)
Flop(665): Qd, 6s, 8h
Everybody check.
Turn(665): Kc
I bet 400, utg calls, 3 folds.
River(1465): Qh
I check, villain bet 700, I calls.
He of course showed 88 and takes the pot.How can I lose less in this hand?Just fold the river or dont bet turn with TPTK multiway?

Raise more preflop or don't raise at all. Maybe the latter here.

I would pretty much be done with this hand when everyone calls preflop. I wouldn't bet this turn. Try and see a showdown very cheaply. I think you're nearly always beat on this river.

if i dont raise here preflop, take my temperature. you shouldve of made 200.
i wouldve bet 500 on the flop.i wouldve checked the turn. the river is an easy fold.
