Default 2-4 NL totally misplayed JJ. Need help

Early in the session. No reads.
I have JcJs on the button.
Preflop: MP limps, cutoff raises to 10, I call, MP calls
Flop(36):5c, 6s, 2d MP checks, cutoff bet 20, I call, MP fold
Turn(76):3h cutoff checks, I bet 30, cutoff calls.
River(136):cutoff bets 50

What is my action on the river and throw the hand?Did I really need to reraise preflop or flop? What about check turn ?At turn I bet 30 at pot 76 because I want to make him think that I have straight or set and this way he can lay down his overpair if he has it.Any thoughts?

At least one of the two.

Bet more. Do you think QQ-AA is going to give up and check the turn so easily? You're probably ahead.

2.5xBB from the CO looks very weak to me. I'm probably reraising JJ here.

I don't think calling preflop is bad, but if you do, then you have to raise the flop. Raise him to 70-80

Bet 2/3 of the pot on the turn. I don't know why I like that bet here, it just feels right. Might look like enough of a stab for AK to stick around. 1/3 of the pot doesn't feel right, although I understand your logic.

River was a blank I take it?

If so, I'm probably calling the river and expecting to see AA/KK 70% of the time. The other 30% are AK/AQ/TT.

Oddly played on his part no matter what his hand.

Now I think that his play is something like 99 and he hits set on the river. What do you think? In the actual hand I just fold the river, thinking that he couldnt bet such small amount at the river as bluff against me when I call preflop, call flop and bet turn, showing some strenght.Any thoughts?
