Default Best Player Yet to Win a Bracelet

I golf, you always hear about the best player yet to win a major.

Or in basketball, the Karl Malone and Charles Barkleys

Or in Football, the Dan Marinos.

Great players, but yet to win a big one.

So wit that in mind, Who is the best current, or all time play yet to win a Bracelet of any kind at the WSOP?

I know they could ahve won other tourneys, but this is the big one.

My vote of best player today yet to win one - Marcel Luske.

He has come close, and I think his finished of 14th and 10th in the Main Event last year are laregely overshadowed by Harringtons, but almost as equally impressive.

That and he finished 2nd in the big buy in Stud event last year.

edit : doh I misread your post

I would say Dustin Woolfe, he's new to the WSOP but has 2 final tables this year and seems to be a good tournament player but just hasn't had the luck at the end

No one will agree with me but to make TWO in the first half of your first year at the world series of poker is insanely good. he finished fourth and seventh

A week ago I'd have said Jennifer Tilly, but now I guess I'd go with Joe Cassidy.

I agree with Lindgren/Luske.

Don't forget about Alan Goehring

That being said comparing good players who haven't won a braclet with good players that haven't won an NBA title (among others) isn't exacly analogous as virtually every poker player we consider great has won a bracelet (at LEAST one) already since there's obviously more chances.
